These terms cover your use of the eThemeStudio website and the templates and services listed on it. By browsing this site, downloading a template, or hiring us for a project, you agree to them.

Templates and licensing

Each template is offered under one of the license types shown on its product page (e.g. Regular License). Unless stated otherwise:

• A license covers one end product you build and ship — personal or client work.
• You may customize a template for your own project or a client’s, but you may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the template files themselves, as-is or repackaged, on any other marketplace or platform.
• Free templates may be used under the same personal/client-work restriction unless a separate license is noted.
• Paid templates include the update and support period stated on the product page.

Purchases and refunds

Templates are digital downloads, so refunds are limited. If a template doesn’t work as described, contact us and we’ll help fix it or discuss a refund. Checkout for paid templates is handled by our payment partner; their terms apply to the transaction itself.

Custom services

Custom design, development, or template-customization work described on our Services page is scoped and agreed with you individually before work begins — these terms cover the website itself, not the specific terms of a paid engagement, which we’ll confirm with you directly.

Acceptable use

Please don’t use this site to upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or scrape it at a rate that affects other visitors. We may remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the site or other users.

Intellectual property

Template designs, code, graphics, and written content on this site are owned by eThemeStudio or licensed to us, except where a template’s own license grants you specific usage rights as described above.

Third-party links

Pages on this site may link to third-party websites (including our checkout partner). We aren’t responsible for the content or practices of sites we don’t operate.

No warranty, limited liability

This site and its templates are provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or a template. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.
