eThemeStudio (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a template marketplace and design studio. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and how it’s handled.

What we collect

Contact and project inquiry forms

When you use the contact form on our Contact or Services pages, we collect your name, email address, subject or project type, and message. This is sent directly to us by email so we can reply — it is not stored in a database on this site.

Comments

When you leave a comment or review, we collect the content of the comment plus your name and email address as supplied in the form, and your IP address and browser user agent string, to help identify spam. Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely so we can recognize and approve genuine follow-up comments automatically.

Cookies

If you leave a comment, you may opt in to saving your name, email, and website in a cookie for your convenience on future visits; these last one year. If you have an account and log in, we also set login and screen-preference cookies — see our Cookie Policy for details.

Search

Using the search box submits your query as part of the page URL so results can be shown; searches aren’t logged or stored separately by this site.

Third parties

Website fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and browser information when a page loads, under Google’s own privacy policy. We don’t currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

If you request a password reset (site administrators only), your IP address is included in the reset email.

What we don’t collect here

This site does not process payments or store payment information. Purchases of templates are handled by our checkout partner on our storefront, which has its own privacy policy covering that transaction.

Your rights

If you’ve left a comment or contacted us, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, except where we’re required to keep it for legal, security, or administrative reasons. Get in touch via our Contact page to make a request.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
